However, this time you will have to go thru a 'means' test, and if you make more than the states median income you will be forced into Chapter 13 instead of Chapter 7. Oh, and you will have to go through Credit Counseling... at your expense... before the case will be discharged. Good luck. If I remember correctly, I think the waiting period between Chapter 7′s is still 6 years.
