Well I am not sure, however if you notify the US Bankruptcy Division in you city/County they can assist you in either finding him or aiding you to gain another attorney for your case. Notify the Bankruptcy Trustee that you have attempted to find this attorney and can’t and the Trustee will aide you. If necessary you can inform the US Bankruptcy Court Judge in your Division and he will also put out a search for this attorney. If you’d like to file on your behalf to protect you investments while you seek this attorney out you can go to the US Bankruptcy Clerk office and they will give you the forms to do just that.
