When the GOP passed the Bankruptcy Law did they just targeted Liberals or all Americans who are struggling?

I thought Bush was involved with 2 or 3 bankruptcy issues.

   That was just another “GIMME” from bush to the credit card Co.s Yet another example of Bush handing the rich what ever they ask for while screwing the working class AGAIN!

   Read the law, it excludes estates worth over a million dollars from having to deal with the new restrictions. The rich can still go to court and have their debts erased.
