What would you do if a ruthless licensed bank make false statement against you in court ?
This question is based on true situation of perjury/contempt/judicial circus which has been ongoing for the past five years restricting your progress/freedom and broken family. Based on this false statement you are put under bankruptcy until you succumb to their demand, as most lawyers are too coward to take this case against a licensed bank. You are now deprived from getting fresh bank loan locally. So you asked for foreign help ? or you hire a fesh graduate in law to stand for you ? demand for abolish of bankruptcy act ? or something else…..
The question is concise and clear. The answers …… up to you. It could be utter nonsense or solid suggestion……This is brainstorming session… if you dont mind.

Word of advice: clarify your thoughts. Make sure what you write is coherent, concise, complete and doesn’t have multiple meanings. The thing you wrote above is total and complete nonsense. Try again.

In fact there are lots of bankruptcy cases oppresses the bankrupts. The manner the banks handles this matter purely like a pervert. I would propose the government to abolish this GOOD FOR NOTHING bankruptcy act.
