What is your opinion? I know it can vary depending on location. Do you feel there will be an increasing demand for ADR? E-Discovery?
Is it Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Corporate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, or Family Law?
Which one seems to always be in demand?
