A summons is a notice that you are being called to appear at court for a hearing of some sort. A source I sometimes use is; it gives good explanations of different terms.

Talk to the attorney that represented you in the bankruptcy. That is what he/she was paid for. Make sure this creditor was in the petition to discharge in the first place. If not then they have every right to pursue the matter further.
