Last home sent him to bankruptcy.$20k later I’m paying $400 a month for 5 years. No written contract.CCard in my name. Bankruptcy was dismissed. Any suggestions on how to sue him for like deflimation of charactor or anything that would stick in a court of law?

You made some bad choices here. It’s not quite as easy to sue as they make it look on TV. Talk to a lawyer, but how do expect to get money from a deadbeat? Not that it matters, but is this your wife’s brother or your sister’s husband. I suppose either way it will make your home life and family outings interesting. Good luck!
