What are my options after foreclosure?
My home went into foreclosure, I filed for bankruptcy, Ch 13, using an online company, that was to submit to the appropriate motions to the court, etc. after I completed all necessary forms. To make a very very long story short I was scammed, and the bankruptcy was not filed prior to the sale date which allowed the bank to purchase the house. So now on top of the law suit against the fake “online company” I must now either leave the property or put an offer to the bank for the house. I don’t know what I should do or even can do…help me …please

I think you need a real lawyer for this. Good luck.

I would guess that your credit has taken a big hit during all of this. If that is true you will not be able to get a new loan even if the bank was to sell you the house. Right now the house has been foreclosed on. It is time to move out and look at renting a place. If you are to get money from that POS company that scammed you, look at filing for BK again. Look into two things. When a bank forecloses and if they sell the house for less then what you owed on the loan they can file a judgment on your credit for what was not paid off. If they do this you will need to put it in your BK. One more thing is look into a chapter 7 BK. The 13 BK you will need to make payments on for years the Ch. 7 BK you pay it all off at once and make no payments. It will take about 4 years for your credit to be able to get another home so look at renting and reestablishing your credit. In about two years look at FHA loans and see if they will finance someone with a 2 year old foreclosure and BK. Sorry to hear this, but you will make it just as long as you let go and then work hard. Good luck.

WTF. You actually used an online company for this - just to save a few dollars!
You need to talk with a REAL lawyer. ASAP.
