Then do up a mailing that is professional, but also makes it very visible that you want to help them get through their credit troubles. If you use an envelope, you can have a message put right on the outside bottom of the envelope. Then have a letter done up that tells why bankruptcy is the answer to their credit woes. Use bullet points to highlight things that will really appeal to them (not losing their house, getting creditors to stop bugging them, etc.) I think its even possible to get lists on people who are in danger of foreclosure.
