Obama’s Bankruptcy Changes?
Does anyone think the changes in the bankruptcy law that Obama has proposed are good ideas?

No, none of his ideas are very good, and none are his own either.

I think his tax plan will force me to file for bankruptcy.

no,this allows a attorney to become part of the settlement.this allows them to take a percentage of the claim from the people who need it more.where as it is now a lawyer can only get what you are willing to pay him.this is a smoke screen and a typical democratic move for lawyers to make more money off of law suites.

Obama has many wild fetched ideas and he should not even be considered for President as he will take us down!

I haven’t the time to look at it.
But, most of my boy’s ideas are bad and just tired old 1960′s retreads.
The typical liberal position is to blame the banks and not blame the stupid people that borrow more than they can afford, or get scammed because of their stupidity.

It’s a heck of a lot better than what the Republicans proposed back in 2005. They let these banks have a field day. Once Obama is in office, the party will be over for these bank who lobbied so hard to have these bankruptcy laws changed back in
2005. I am White, and don’t give a sh#t if he’s a racist, which he’s not!!! These banks have been getting away with rape for too long

the artical doesen’t actually say anything about his idea, just what he claims it will do, but no specifics. I don’t care whether the media is Liberal or Conservative or what, but what I do care about is that they never actually give and F**king facts!
All it says it that Obama claims that his proposal will help people, but it doesen’t go into specifics about it at all.

I think it’s ridiculous what the Republicans did to make it harder for individuals to file for bankruptcy, while at the same time, allowing big businesses to file for bankruptcy, merge, buyout, especially the banking, airline, and communications industries.

The class-warfare that this jackass is going to incite within the next 5 months is going to rip our country apart.
Sure, there are predatory lenders, but no one is forced to borrow from them. The bad lenders need to be stopped but the people who borrowed the money are ultimately accountable for it.
It’s called personal responsibility and it’s what our great country was built on.
And why would he stop at military families and the elderly? What about families that have members with cancer?
It sounds to me like he’s pandering for votes in demographics that he’s weak in.

Yeah, my silly irrational facts totally deserve a thumbs-down.
