MARINES NOT GETTiNG PAID?

My brother in law owes my mother in law some money he borrowed which she was supposed to use for a bankruptcy lawyer. He said that the marines screwed him and that he is not getting paid on time or correctly? I have heard this from 1 other person which was through someone else? Has anyone else had any problems? Thank you please do not just tell me he is lying for I am already feeling that way?

   All the service members stationed in Rota, Spain once went 6 months without being paid. It happens.

   Eventually, the problem is resolved and everyone gets everything they’re owed.

   Tell your brother to go to the Navy/Marine Corps Relief Society. If it’s a real emergency, he’ll get a loan, and they’ll take his lack of pay as collateral. No questions asked. They’ll also let him pay the money back with his back pay, no interest.

   The government screws us at any given opportunity. This is not one of them. The Marines are paid on time. The Marine Relief Society will help you over this difficult time.

   Lots of military have those issues.
