    YES they will after your husband. California is a “Marital Property” state.

    If you don’t have a job, get one. If your job doesn’t pay enough, either get a 2nd job, or a new one that pays better. Don’t leech off taxpayers! And, I don’t know if they will go after your husband or not, but they should.
