You might want to retain a financial lawyer, or at least hunt around for a decent one experienced with financial matters.
I would suggest you keep your finances separate, too. Stuff only in your name and such.
On a side note...even if it is illegal, creditors will say anything and everything to get money out of you. 
If they&#039;ve already discharged the bankruptcy, creditors cannot bother you anymore unless you fail to pay on agreed terms setup in the bankruptcy. We only had a couple of issues with creditors, but, as soon as you say it was discharged and give them the doc-number,they&#039;ll usually leave you alone.</description>

		<description>you need to tell her you didn&#039;t spend the money and your not paying it back and if she keeps calling you have her arrested. when they got divorced all that should of been settled in front of the judge there is no law anywhere that can make you pay for bills you did not occur she is trying to cause problems with you and your husband.look at his divorce papers it should all be in there call his lawyer if you have to honestly i think you&#039;re dealing with a money hungry trouble making nut and you need to put her in her place.</description>
