Altho, I dont live in your state, but BK's are federal..anyway.. Most people are forced to refile the BK. It happens alot. Want to know a little secret? Dispute it while it is happening, the courts will have no paper work, and the credit agencies will have to take it off the credit report. I have never seen a BK “reinstated”.
