does anyone know of anywhere i can find the bankruptcy laws and what it involves in the uk

   The Citizens Advice Bureau can help, or you should find all you need to know at. They are really helpful. Good luck.

   CAB are OK but often do not have a specialist in money advice.

   The website of or insolvency.gov.
   This is the government site and gives all possible info on bankruptcy, even all the necesary forms etc.

   Go into your local court and ask for a bankrupcy pack everthing is in there the rules and how to do it yourself.
