About half the time, I have also seen a case analyst from the U.S. Attorney's office who asks questions too to see if there is any abuse of the bankruptcy process. In about 1/2 of my cases, the trustee is more aggressive. In the remaining cases, the cases proceed as they did under the old law. I still received bankruptcy discharge about 3 months after filing. I had no problems other than minor errors due to filing without an attorney.
