Has anybody filed CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY with new laws? Can someone ex pained to me MEANS TEST and NEW YORK EX?

   well my mom filed ch: 13 i think, but ch 7 is not a real easy way out, they take all your stuff and some things you still have to pay for, get a good lawyer and dont be afraid to ask questions.
