Good Bankruptcy websites?

Need to get some info on filling for BK in California. I know some laws have changed……….any experts out there HELP!

   Not sure if there are any websites out there that can help you. My honest advice is seek out a lawyer who gives free concultations. They would be the best help that you could get! Plus you could start the process right there with them! Good luck on this and God Bless!

   A great place for you to start is to go to GreenPath’s web-site. I work at GreenPath and started as a counselor there. GreenPath is a non-profit credit counseling agency that can provide you with basic information about bankruptcy and let you know where to start. They also offer many counseling services. There are also good resources on their web-site. I hope you find the information you seek and hope things work out for you!

   Go to allexperts.com. Select the subject you want to inquire about, and select and ask the lawyer your question. They are very good about answering your questions. Sometimes I have my answer in 1 hour. They will answer all of your questions. Also you can view questions and answers that other people have asked and see how the lawyers have responded to their questions. Lot of excellent advice. I go on the site just about everyday.
