This is anxiety that happend to you and the reason you can seek in the things you just wrote - "I am taking currently taking a class that is considered to be THE HARDEST class in our business adminstration department." Maybe you putted too much stress and thoughts thinking about the fact that it is the hardest class and it started affecting you....You have to learn to relax, get those crazy thoughts out of your head. You've done so many things, this will not be a problem too if you are a hard worker! Learn to have relaxing times in a day and learn some breathing tehniques so you can controle better your anxiety. All in all it is very normal and it happens...Just convince yourself that everything will be fine as it always is and it will be better...

Good luck!

Shaking and increased heart rate, shallow breathing etc etc is due to surges of adrenaline in your body in responce to stressful situations. Cental Nervous system responces("triggers"). It sounds like a normal case of the jitters in this situation judging from the many experiences youve had in public speaking before and not having this reaction. If the next time you have these same "triggers" i would suggest talking with your Doc about them. I know there are some meds that suppress an overactive CNS for a short period of time eliminating some of those responces during times you know are going to be peticular stressfull. I think Klonopin but i could be wrong is one. BTW, great job at going to College!! Stick with it, sounds like you have a bright future ahead of you!!!
God Bless you!!

sounds like mild case of hyperventilation. when i hyperventilate fells like electric current going through my brain.

hyperventilation is caused by a lack of oxygen/carbon dioxide to the brain, often caused by stressful situations. breathing into a bag allows you to break in what your brain is lacking. i've dealt with this off and on for years this is what doctors told me to do. get in a relaxed position and breathe into a bag.
