Perhaps you should meet with someone who can help you with your finances.  Nobody should be declaring bankruptcy once in their life, nonetheless twice.

They changed the laws because too many people were using it as an escape out of racking up their charge cards and bills.  Chances are if you have declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy once, despite waiting the 8 years, you may still have a very, very hard time declaring it again and you will more than likely be pushed towards a different Chapter of bankruptcy in which you repay any debt you owe.</description>
