Bankruptcy : What do I need to know?

I get a monthy disability check.Ive heard you need to pay back depts now.Can any one tell me what are the laws.What I need to do?Thanks

   if you have no earned income and no assets i think you’re pretty much safe. nobody’s gonna (or can) come after you.
