Not sure what you are asking. The bankruptcy court will keep records of the case forever. The credit bureaus will also have that information available forever. There will come a time when your credit report no longer shows the information, I suppose, but the information will always be available as long as someone wants to consider it.

Are you asking how long it will be on your credit report? Then the answer is up to 10 years.
