I want to file for bankruptcy in florida but i owe a bank money on a car i recently financed. I havent even made my first payment yet but with all my bills and debt i cant aford it. Will the car be included in the clim and how will it work? i dont want to keep it because i cant pay for it.

ok first bk laws are federal and not state — and if i learn anything about bk on answers the first thing you do is get your self a lawyer — it will cost abot 1800 and the bk court cost will run you about 375!!! good luck!!!
