Are Republicans Evil?
They always oppose the interest of the little man. They opposed the windfall tax on big oil. They opposed raising minimum wage for many years. They reformed the bankruptcy laws that heavily favor the banks. They mainly support a pointless war in Iraq that has caused the deaths of thousands of American soldiers. They cloak themselves in piety, but they do things that the devil and Hitler would approve.

Raising minimum wage doesn’t do anything. it does more harm than good.
It causes a flux in the economy and takes years for it to balance out, think about it.
If you raise it, the prices of everything else has to go up, you don’t think that money come out of the guy who employs those people do you?
Only stupid democrat think that; that is their whole problem, they think money comes out of thin air.

Guess what happens if they tax the profits? The price goes up… They reformed the bankruptcy laws because of the wonderful economic situation we were left in after Clinton was in office… Now it’s a forecloser sale…because people were under the impression life was good in the 90′s… We see now it wasn’t… raising minimum wage will only raise prices and they will still be in the same boat they were before.
Instead of wasting away wondering what your country can do for you… Why don’t you put forth the effort to make yourself better… yourself… You will like it a whole lot more than standing there with your hand out.

I agree with you 100%, republicans are in the interest of the rich, elite and lobbyist. not in the interest of the middle class or the working class nor the poor.
THat is why they voted against the bill that would reduce prices of gas because they make profits with lobbyist.
I will vote for him because of the following,
Obama will make sure that everyone has healthcare, health insurance. I have not heard Mc Cain talk about that.
1. He will keep the Bush Tax cut but increase the tax to the rich or people who make more than $300, 000 . He will not make the middle class or low income families pay more taxes than the rich.
Right now we the middle class pays more taxes than the rich.
2. He will help cut the rate on loans for college students. I am young college students and I am paying a lot, so I need that.
3. HE IS in the interest of the people not lobbyist in Washington who prevent many senators from voting to certain laws that will benefit common people. For Mc Cain, lobbyist fund his campaign which means that as a Republican, he is for the rich, big companies who help him campaingning. In office he will help them make profits on the poor .
4. Right now as Obama said, we are fighting two wars, one in Iraq and the other in Aghanistan. The war in iraq cause us to shift our intention from Ben laden and really defeat the terrorists.
So, Obama said we should carefully removed the troops and help Iraquis to start working for themselves. we don’t want to be in Iraq for 100 years, like Mc Cain said.
according to CNN, tHE war cost us 10 billion per month.
5. Obama will also help the economy, by creating mroe jobs.
THese are the reasons I will vote for him.

The Republicans should demand the Oil companies take their profits and drill for oil in the USA !!!!
They should also demand the Democrats stop raising taxes on oil.
The Government makes FAR MORE money off every drop of oil sold than the oil companies do.
The Government should be denied the ability to confiscate more of our energy dollars than those who actually do the work and provide the energy we need.
The Government’s windfall is the one that must be curtailed.

PANDERING TO VOTER IGNORANCE
Ok … perhaps all politicians do this, but the Democrats are making it an art form. Yesterday we talked about Obama’s call for a windfall profits tax on the oil companies. What he’s talking about is stepping up and seizing an even bigger portion of the pensions, 401K and retirement funds of middle class America; including our teachers, nurses, police officers, soldiers and firemen. So … what do we have for you today in the rich history of Democrats and their spokesmen? Yesterday I watched some “democrat strategist” talking about Obama’s tax plans. Sure enough, I didn’t have to wait long before he pulled out that Warren Buffet line about CEOs enjoying lower tax rates than their secretaries. Give a big-time break here. That idiotic line only works because the uneducated fools who hear it and cheer don’t have a clue as to the little trick that is being played on them. Sadly, many news anchors don’t get it either; or if they do, they roll over and play dead when the line is delivered.
Here’s the scoop. What this “democrat(ic) strategist” was really referring to is the fact that capital gains tax rates are lower than income tax rates. The key here is that a presumption is made that the evil CEO has some investments on which he pays the 15% capital gains tax rate, while his secretary pays regular income tax rates (most likely 25%) on her earned income. What the “strategist” doesn’t tell you is that the highly-paid CEO is paying 33% or more on his own earned income. Only the taxes on his capital gains are lower, and it is quite likely that his secretary has some stock in the operation as well, and is paying that 15% rate on her own capital gains. This is pure deception ? a deception that these yammering yahoos can get away with because (1) most government-educated Americans can’t figure out that the wool is being pulled over their eyes; and (2) the reporters who interview these prevaricators don’t step up and challenge the funny numbers.
The goal here? This is Democrats stirring up class envy and wealth envy. Democrats want the very letters “CEO” to conjure up in the dumb masses feelings of anger and envy. The problems of this world are cause by evil CEOs who pay lower taxes than their poor beleaguered secretaries.
Leftists also like to rail against evil corporations. To a Democrat, the word “corporation” is an epithet (unless it is included in the phrase “Corporation for Public Broadcasting). Listen to Democrat voters — they parrot the lines perfectly. Corporate this and corporate that. They truly believe that their lives would be all blue skies and green lights if it just wasn’t for the nefarious things being done by all of these corporations.
Just what is a corporation, anyway? It’s a group of people who own a business enterprise. That’s is. Do you have a mutual fund? How about a 401K? Maybe a pension plan? Well .. guess what, you’re probably a corporate stockholder. Democrats, like the brain-dead Maxine Waters, don’t like the idea of people getting together to own a business; especially a large business. Small mom and pop operations are OK, but once the business gets too large it is time for the all-powerful government to step in and run things.

You are a fool to think that your democrats do anything that does not directly increase their power over you. To tell you what to do, what to wear, what to say, what to think. And they know how to manipulate people like you into thinking they have your best interest at hand, when it’s actually only the best interest for the few in power at the top. They don’t care about you personally. They don’t want you to succeed. All they want is for you to be 100% dependent on them. At least republicans still fight for the things that make this country prosper. Things that let you and your offspring wake up in the morning and choose your own path. I guess if that is what you call evil, then you are beyond help.

I am beginning to think so. More information keeps coming out about the Bush Cheney gang. If they did invade Iraq because of corporate profiteering like McClellan and Rockfella says, and all those troops killed so they could profit,I will be outraged. If even half of it is true they should be charged with war crimes, and not pardoned by the next slick republication who slithers into office( McCain). I don’t want a mean, hot head, adulterous liar with a opium abusing wife, who steals from her own Charity, leading my country.
