Another True or False Question concerning bankruptcy law?

Local rules issued by individual bankruptcy courts represent the supreme authority for practice and procedure before each bankruptcy court.

I say the answer is false because the bankruptcy court has to make sure their local court rules don’t go against the Supreme Court rules. Furthermore, aren’t the local court rules for each specific court? Meaning that bankruptcy court ‘A’ could have different local rules that bankruptcy court ‘B’?

   each court can make their own rules as long as they don’t overstep the federal courts. so the answer cannot be true or false - it’s a grey area question, rather then one of black and white.
   so: “Local rules issued by individual bankruptcy courts represent the supreme authority for practice and procedure before each bankruptcy court.” yes - as long as they don’t overstep the federal law.
