Amazing…..great story metro. As a citizen, a tax paying one at that, I am not 100% (especially after reading about this Cryer case) sure we should be paying taxes and I work for the federal government. I pay them because they tell us we have to and I would like to keep my job and i like my job….i think.

P.S. I think that if the government doesn’t continue to fight this guy, the government is admitting that they are wrong!!!! I would like to think if that is the case, then no more federal income taxes..wow. I am still in shock from this story. The cryer guy is on youtube.com talking about it…check it out. It is very interesting. I am going to continue to pay my taxes because I am poor and can’t afford an attorney like Cryer. A poor person would have been convicted on that.

Studies say about half do, and a far higher percentage of US do and taxes are what pay for the schools and services they use, Constitutional or not.

I think the IRS will win this one. Just a hunch.

Wow, maybe our anti immigrant buddies will look into this and then we can all agree on something. I’m really interested. I have been tired of paying taxes since I started working.

I take that back. I should have known this was not only too much to read but also too much to comprehend. They want us to prove our arguments and when we do it this crap above. “I’m not gonna read this long article. I gots other things to be doing.” Since our anti immigrant population is so diversified these days it’s probably ladies night out at the hip hop club.

Doesn’t matter. Their lack of paying taxes is their second offense in the U.S. Their first is being here.

Read the 16th amendment and get back to me. By your logic we should ALL (we citizens) not pay taxes. Please provide a link stating that “most” illegal immigrants pay taxes. And not sales tax, please.
