You can file just make sure you file everything that is required and that your paperwork is correct and also remember you now have to go through credit counseling and debtor education. Credit Counseling must be completed prior to filing and certificate file when filing your bankruptcy, and your debtor education must be completed and filed before you are discharged or you will be dismissed.
