My mother in law bought a dell computer in Nov 2005 as a gift for my husband it was something like $1500. she paid $75 a month for 2 1/2 years. In July 2007 she decided she could no longer afford to pay all her bills so she started the bankruptcy process the bill in July 2007 was $1960 she had bought ink and a new printer during the 2 1/2 years that is the reason the amount went up. she finally went to court today She called me when she got home and said dell had sent her lawyer papers wanting her to pay $87 a month for 30 months to pay for the computer. Is this something she has to worry about?

I am wondering if I am personally liable for a business default on a lease, we were evicted for being behind on rent, and were sued, we have no money to pay so bankruptcy is possible, but I dont want to be personally bankrupt. WI law

The Internal Revenue service which collects taxes in America is a privately owned company { yes you read that right } although the public are lead to belive it is part of the government . In 1863 the bureau of Internal revenue was fromed to collect taxation , but in 1933 three members of the Prescott/Bush family Helen and Clifton Barton and Hector Echeverria formed the Internal Revenue Tax and Audit Service registered in Deleware . In 1953 , the Original Bureau of Internal Revenue was disbanded , leaving the privately owned Internal Revenue Service to collect all the taxes .

I bet your thinking how did all this get started well my friend , to understand this we have to travel back in time to the first president George Washington { tune in some soothing music } . When George Washington became president he appointed Alexander Hamilton as his secretary of the treasury . Hamilton introduced the bank to the United States , a privately owned central bank which began to lend money to the newly established U.S. government so creating control by debt { I think you can figure that out } . However the bank of the United States as it was called , caused so much poverty , bankruptcy and rebellion that it was eventually closed down , but soon after came its replacement - The Federal Reserve . Interesting to mention the bankers who wrote the bill for the United States Bank were hated by the public because of what I mentioned above . However they are the same people that wrote the bill for the Federal Reserve and whenever they were in public they vehemently opposed the bill for the Federal Reserve that they wrote themselves !!! It was clear manipulation as the public hated these guys and they were so unpopular that support for the Federal Reserve bill increased ten fold . The bill was then pushed threw congress just before Christmas in 1913 when many congressman were at home with their families for the holidays . However to ensure an endless supply of funds for the government they introduced the Federal Income Tax bill also in 1913 . They did this very sneaky as they needed an amendment { we know today as the 16th } and that required 36 states to agree . But philander knox , the secretary of state at the time simply announced that the required majority had been achieved and the bill was then introduced . To this day the Federal Income Tax is illegal yet they continually get away with having americans pay .

Side note- there is no law { that’s right let me say that again } no law , that says Americans must pay Federal Income Tax but they go on paying year after year after year because they think they have to and those that know its illegal do so anyway because they are in fear if they don’t , as they would lose their house , business , car you name it . Which by the way is the very diffeniton of terrorism and also why people see the United States Government by deffiniton , carrying out terrorist acts .

The Federal Reserve the so called central bank of the United States isn’t Federal nor does it have any reserve . The Federal Government of the United States does not own a single share in the Federal Reserve and the American people cannot purchase them . Profits exceed 150 billion a year and the Federal Reserve has not once , in all its history published audit records . Another interesting item I found while doing my investigation as to how the Federal Reserve spends all that money { get ready } to pay off the National Debt , I know I couldn’t believe that either .

know if someones house is protected in a chaptr 7 if they own a house in South Dakota? Is there a law that says you can only have so much equity for it to be ok.. For example some other states say you can have as much as $100,000 equity and it can’t be touched.. What is SD rules on that matter?

Compared to the FBI today, the buearu of investorgation had very few things in investogate on account there were relatively few federal crimes. I recently lost a court case and the other lawyer is coming after me for attorney fees and court costs. It could total over $70,000.

I was told by lawyer that if that happens, I could file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy….. but six years ago I had to file Chapter 7 due to an illness. Now I understand that the new bankruptcy law changed it to 8 years. So I can’t file one until 2009.

SO what happens when they get a judgement against me? Will they come after my property, home and garnish my wages????

Please help me on how to get out of this mess. Thanks.

Is there anyone who’s had recent experience with Chapter 7 debt relief in California, under the new bankruptcy laws?

I know that original credit card debts with banks can be listed in Chapter 7 BK, but can accounts that have gone over 5-6 months and have already been sold to collection agencies be included as well?

I have someone telling me that the charge-offs cannot be relieved, only the original creditors such as WAMU, BofA, Discover Card etc.

What have you found to be true?

Five Reasons I Oppose Barack

I teach at a conservative, evangelical university. Many of my students are supporting Sen. Barack Obama for president, although when I ask them, few can really articulate why. Few of my students can list off anything that Barack is for or against, save two items: Barack’s promise to surrender in Iraq and his promise to give everyone free health care.

This honey flows well down naive ears.

Thanks to the gushing group-think of the media, Barack Obama has achieved ROCK STAR status. Not since Bill Clinton was cool have the cultural establishments of America gone so gaga over a politician. But Bill Clinton had some substance beneath the sheen of his saxophone. I think Obama is all rock star.

Unfortunately, rock stars make bad presidents.

Here are five reasons that I won’t be singing Obama’s praises.

1. Obama Is a Socialist. The Democrats are on the verge of achieving their dreams of converting our economy from being primarily driven by capitalism to one driven by socialism. With the entitlement programs (Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare ) that make up most of our federal budget (yes, much more than military spending ) about to drive us into bankruptcy, Obama will use the crisis to have the government take over more of our economy.

Under Obama, your ability to work hard and be rewarded for that hard work will be diminished greatly. Instead, dependence of government will prevail, and self-reliance will be discouraged.

2. Obama Has No Moral Clarity. Not only does Obama oppose protecting the life of unborn children, he takes the most extreme pro-abortion positions. Three times while a state legislator in Illinois, Obama voted against requiring hospitals to give medical treatment to children who survive a botched abortion and are born.

The fact that Obama doesn’t even have a moderated position on abortion shows me he has no moral clarity, no fix on the consistency of truth.

The socialist state has never, ever valued individual human life, so Obama’s sick position should surprise no one. From Stalin to Castro, from Vietnam to China, life preservers only to serve the state interest, not vice-versa. Obama fits this mold well.

3. Obama Will Surrender to Islamic Fascism. The war against Islamic jihad is real. Obama will provide unintentional cover and a respite for the Islamofascists who want to enslave the world under draconian Islamic law. We finally are gaining the upper hand against the forces of terror who have made the destruction of the United States their goal. Obama, if he becomes president, will wipe out all the progress, rending null and void the sacrifices of blood and treasure we have made.

4. Obama Has No Experience. Many people are comparing Obama to President John F. Kennedy. The comparison is, for the most part, a false one (JFK was a tax-cutter, not a socialist who raised taxes, for example ). One true comparison is that JFK was inexperienced when he became president, just like Obama is now. JFK made a lot of mistakes early on. Obama will likely make more.

5. Obama Cannot Unite Anything. Obama preaches the good rhetoric about uniting America, but the reality is that he will unite nothing. Obama is a political liberal, the most liberal in the Senate according to the nonpartisan National Journal, and he will rule from the left. He may claim to “ listen” to people from the center or right, but where will he compromise ? How will he bring things to the center ? On this issue, he is silent.

Obama is all talk when it comes to unity. His idea of unity will be to use his allies in the liberal media to badger those people who don’t go along with his liberal policies as being “ divisive. ”

I pray that Hillary Clinton will be the Democratic nominee. Not because I think she will be easy to beat for the GOP, but because she is a much more reasonable, experienced person. She wouldn’t be half as dangerous for America as Obama.
