IMMIGRATION IN THE 20TH AND 21ST CENTURY - THE CURSE OF CIVILIZED NATIONS AND DECENT PEOPLES.

Immigration to America in the 17th to 19th century was by decent, hardworking, well intentioned people, heading to America with honorable intentions to build and contribute to society. They created a workable social system with benefits to the deserving and a society of well-intentioned and decent people. But no such people come any more.

Now they come in droves, packing the major cities, causing an increase in crime, congestion, and taxes as real estate rents soar, parking is unavailable or exorbitantly high. Americans who took their entire lives to pay off their home mortgages, now find that the taxes on their homes are so high, they cant afford to live in them any more and the congestion so bad, they cant even find a place to park in front of their own homes. Many have to pack up and move out of the city, just to make ends meet, and then face the arduous daily hours of driving back and forth just to get to work and back home. That is, those that still have jobs, since as this goes on, jobs disappear, either right here where we get laid off, or the whole company moves out to a cheap labor country. And as the hordes make demands for energy needs, power needed to heat and light homes and buildings is insufficient, and cities black out, the demand for gas soars, heating prices skyrocket, and our own supply of gas becomes insufficient to meet our own needs, and we become victims of the arabs, who use the pumps to revenge our policies they don’t like.

They pile over the borders or by plane on visitor visas, preying on the good naturedness of Americans to provide a refuge for the oppressed, they connive the appearance of the downtrodden and persecuted, and then sit down comfortably and stay here, leeching off the health care system which faces bankruptcy in 20 years, the welfare system that us sucker u.s. taxpayers have to pick up the tab for, and which we spent decades to build.

Social parasites from latin america, flock here to live free on us sucker taxpayers, dragging their families and relatives in, once they get green cards and then swamping the health care system with their third world illnesses and birth defects. And the other breed of latinos – criminals of the most evil intensities terrorizing communities in which they rob and kill.

Thieves and common criminals from the countries of eastern Europe and the soviet union, hearing that there is still stuff on store shelves when stores close, that hasn’t been shoplifted or sold, come and steal, with impunity.

Mafia organizations that control Russia and the countries of the former soviet union, setting up foreign crime systems that specialize in grand larceny, weaponry, even nuclear arms materials for sale, stolen from the old soviet system, available for sale to our enemies, raking them million$.

Africans with strange ,deadly diseases walk in, causing epidemics and death to our gay citizens and to innocent people in general and swamping the health care system.

Asians with alien religious philosophies, contrary to Christian monotheism, poisoning the minds of our youth. And they come and take our jobs away here in America, while employers, enticed by cheap labor, move their companies there, leaving us unemployed,.

Terrorists walk in and go about their death tactics with ease and we shudder at what they will do to us next.

All, contributing to crime, violence, social unrest.

Finally, To add insult to these injuries to our nation, our government picks up the tab for hundreds of thousands of third world “students” to come, pack our universities tuition free at the expense of us US taxpayers ,while we Americans fall into debt to pay for our own children to get a college education.

AND WE ARE EXPECTED TO PICK UP THE TAB WORLDWIDE
FOR THEM, WHENEVER S–T HAPPENS ANYWHERE.

What kind of fools are running this country?
What kind of fools are we to let this go on?

…what kind of problems could this mean for the bankruptcy, or will it mean anything at all? If you don’t have previous experience or knowledge about bankruptcy laws, please don’t answer. I live in TX if that matters.
We have two repos and a crapload of defaulted debt because we lost our jobs about a year ago and took a while to get going again. That doesn’t mean we don’t need something to drive. I’m the co-signer because my dad signed for it so that we could get it.

what are the current bk laws on filing a chapter 7, with recently selling an investment property with proceeds of 50k, in which 20k would go to fed tax lein, and 10k would go to paying mortgage rears on primary. total outstanding debts and possible law suits of 1 million

My wife went to the emergency room. We have insurance with a high co-pay. We own a home and don’t plan on buying another one any time soon. We have enough cash to pay the bill, some in my wifes name. I believe that the law is that a creditor can only force you into bankruptcy if you are delinquent on debts totaling around $11,000. the bill will be under $11k. My questions are 1 - If we just don’t pay I know that it will show up on her credit, but what else will happen? will they sue or will it just go away in 7 years? 2- my credit is great - will it hurt my credit score if they charge it to her? (If you are wondering why I am thinking of not paying it is because I am FED UP with this crappy system. I’m not rich but I work hard and try to save + provide for my sick wife who cant work. It seems that people like me bear all the costs of the system in high taxes/insurance, and we get to pay for all the living expenses of everyone with a hand out to the govt.)

My Brother and Sister in law had there home foreclosed and are now being sued by the lone company for back payment owed my brother lost his job and they are just making by month to month. What is going to happen in court? And what do they need to do to be prepared? And would this all go away if they filed for bankruptcy?

I’m in a sticky situation. My ex-husband and I (when were married) filed for Chapter 13. SInce the divorce, I pay half the bankruptcy payment and he the other half. At the time we filed, we included our car payments in the bankruptcy, so until our last bankruptcy payment(which will be in 2 years, the lien holder will still have the title to my car. Since I’m still paying in bankruptcy and the lien holder has my title, I have to pay full coverage insurance(state law-GA). Well my car is finally inoperable and I am paying cash for another. Well it is operable but I refuse to put MORE money into a piece of junk to get it fixed. How do I get out from under paying insurance and registration on the old one without a title? Can I turn the car back over to the lien holder with no further obligation? What are my options?

Do we need a fighter or fixer in the White House? Clinton says she is ready to fight for America - she has been fighting in Washington for 15 years; most often in support of big business and at the expense of low income families. She supported the bankruptcy law that has devastated thousands of middle class and low income families. She has been fighting to get her health bill passed with no success. That is what is wrong with our political circus; they fight each other and accomplish nothing!! Do we need to send a fighter to the White House or do we need to send someone who is ready to clean up the mess three previous presidents has left behind? Fighters belong in the alleys not in the White House!

My brother in law owes my mother in law some money he borrowed which she was supposed to use for a bankruptcy lawyer. He said that the marines screwed him and that he is not getting paid on time or correctly? I have heard this from 1 other person which was through someone else? Has anyone else had any problems? Thank you please do not just tell me he is lying for I am already feeling that way?

I know you have to do the ‘ticket in’ as one of the new California laws but do you have to be in collections before you can do the ticket in?
And after doing the ticket in do we have to wait an entire 6 months before filing chapter 7?
